Often I drink fluids from a cup like it actually means something to me…and some people can actually be rude to that, but when I sink my teeth into a piece of steak they pleasantly change their tune. To myself I say, “Yeah, I’m going down to the river.” Maybe that comment made no sense, but I hope it did.

Yeah, I need to process that. Going down to the river, for me, is connecting to the Spirit within and refueling. Thanks for the comment.
