  1. WOW!! That is quite the manly breakfast! After that do you work out? I can’t eat that much, I’m afraid. When I do eat, it’s more like a boiled egg with salt and pepper, some slices of salami with cheddar cheese, and maybe a half an avocado with my bullet-proof coffee. Or, some keto pancakes and bacon, maybe a smoothie bowl with nuts and berries. I’ve never been a big breakfast person, so for me, this is good. I’m glad it’s working for you and you are enjoying it. I can’t get my hubby to make the total switch, but at least he has recommitted to working out almost daily, he has lost a lot of weight and is getting stronger. 🙂
